I had a pair, originally from Massdrop sold via eBay. After several months of use, the left channel mysteriously went dead. I returned them for repair and immediately they sent a new set. The build quality, very good sound, and comfort makes these an excellent choice for daily use. Cons--they are not good for use at the gym. They slip off my head easily when lying down and getting up. The sound is darker, denser, and less transparent then some headphones. But the cables are nearly bullet proof and the phone mic on the secondary cable works well. Prior to this I had circa 2000 Sennheiser HD535's. These sounded better, and the over-the-ear design was comfortable. But, the cable was crap and would short out about once a year. The ear cups flaked away and wore out quickly. I actually guiltily put these out for free at the dumpster because the cost of a new cord and ear cups (which I couldn't find for this exact model) exceeded their value. I expect the ThinkSounds will last much longer and be easier to repair if necessary.
