I think it is a great idea to pack your valuable eyeglasses next to a USB cable and a fountain pen. You can't be an authentic bandito unless you have scratched lenses.

CalaverasgrandeYes. Also the zipper is not covered. So it will scratch any pencil or pen right next to it. I don't think this is good way to carry fountain pens.

zhanggooRolling only works for things with homogeneous shapes and frailty. Throwing cables with glasses and pens in the same roll makes very little sense. Not a fan of this carrying format.
