Quick update for the group. The backorders were delayed inbound to our warehouse due to weather conditions and because of that we lost a day. Not to worry as they came in late today and our warehouse team has been notified and know to get these out these tomorrow. We will update the group when every order is on the way.

Quick update for those of you with the white cap/white body containers. They were shipped from the vendor earlier this week and are currently en route to our warehouse now. We are working on getting tracking from the vendor, but anticipate that these will be arriving early next week. We will keep the group posted and let you all know as soon as these arrive and are packed. On our end our warehouse team is standing by ready to fulfill your orders as soon as they get into our hands.

Quick update for the group. It looks like most of the orders have shipped and there are a few packed up and ready to be picked up tomorrow.
Our vendor has notified us that the white cap/white body variant is currently undergoing customs clearance at Newport Dock and will be released later this week.
Leading up to the Thanksgiving Day Holiday, Newport Dock has been very backed up. It looks like things are starting to flow more freely now and we should get these in next week. I will be following up with the vendor on a regular basis and update those of you affected as soon as I hear back.

Great news group! The vendor has let us know that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 12/1. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.

We’ve submitted our order for TightVAC Storage Container shortly after the drop ended.
Now that the order has been placed, TightVac is preparing it for shipment. In the meantime, we will also be getting our warehouse ready to handle the reshipment of the product to everyone as soon as it arrives.
Expect an update from us on 11/25 or sooner if something comes up.
