Three days past the delivery date provided by DHL. DHL tracking just shows the package as "En Route" but no indication of where it is. USPS tracking shows that they never received the package. Neither DHL nor Massdrop customer service have responded to my requests for help after 24 hours. My experience with previous drops has always been good. This one not so much. This will give me pause before participating again.

jrpaulFrom my experience, after DHL package arrives to the customs, it gets forwarded to your local distribution company. There is another code in the DHL delivery page. You can use that code to search within that local company's website to learn where exactly your package is.
