I have found that they pair well with Comply Tsx-400 tips.

AsheikmGood to know - I'm using Complys with Samsung Level U BT 'phones with my Galaxy S7 with good results. The Tin Audio IEMs will get used most with my MBP and iPod Classic.

Asheikmyou think these would tame the harsh highs a bit better then the original foams?

I can't comment on the original foam as it never fit me propperly. However, I did notice that the sound signature improved (to my liking; yes, less harsh) as the eartips became shorter. These ones can get shoved farback and made and mellowed the sound out. I tried spin fits and didn't like the sound at all.

AsheikmI prefer foam tips and have tried the blue foams that came with these and T500's. Still struggle to get a comfortable fit. Tried the spinfits that I have and they’re a definite no go. I think I my have some T400 tips around. I buy medium tips but may give smalls a go.
Overall I'm finding these a bit 'bright' and hard to fit.
