alysdexiaAll of the games we have released are Arduino based and are indeed free and open source, the first 4 you mentioned were contributed by users and you can find links to the individual pages that the individual users maintain on the TinyCircuits forum. The other games you listed are not for this Tiny Arcade kit, but for a retail version that is sold by a different company (Super Impulse), which is not the same hardware as this kit and is not the same product.
FWIW, you want this in clear so others can be amazed at just how tiny the circuits inside are, yet still playable. It's a strange occurrence when a circuit board makes a microSD card look so big...
FWIW, I have one of these and while it is a bit challenging to get everything lined up during assembly, it's quite fun. The games are very lo-fi, so have low expectations and you'll be happy with it. I was able to use their video converter and put some playable Archer and Futurama episodes on it too. Quite silly. The hardware and software is open, so it's easy to mod and change things up to your tastes.
