I have two (massdrop) that I use, and have since also added the USB (argh) and bottle opener. It is a nice "almost perfect" product with a few niggles. Mine is EDC and it is sexy, but the issues are enough that I think I'm going to make a Leather Micra build.
1. If keys are not offset, you can't completely close the keys. If you use spacers to fix this issue, you effectively cut your key capacity in half. The longer version is probably better in this regard. see http://imgur.com/a/ezu8n#0 -- the last picture illustrates the close issue if you don't use spacers to offset, compare to the first.
2. Anything beyond the run of the mill basic keys don't work well. If the form factor is off by much, or the key ring hole is a different size, the fit will be greatly impacted. For example, my desk key, office building key, bike lock key, and safe lock key don't play nicely.
3. USB piece is ridiculous. Most standard USB dongles won't fit at all. So you might be tempted to buy the Keysmart one. It is simply a Kingston DTSE9 with a rubber washer "adapter." On amazon the 32GB is $13, buying the USB+ addition at Keysmart is $28, so you're paying $15 for a rubber washer. Ouch.
4. Most keychain tools won't fit properly. This isn't really a product flaw, as much as something to think about. So you end up either taking them off, or adding them to the keyring attached to this, which reduces the benefit of this product. The bottle opener key from Keysmart is just that - no other 'tools' built in.

dehemke@dehemke already cited several issues that I can also attest to having with the KeySmart. I've got keys on there that aren't nice and flat and had to get the extenders to make it work, but because they're also longer than a standard house key I have the "can't quite close this fully" issue. I bought two on the last massdrop so that my wife could have the other one and the extenders snapped in half when I was putting her set together. So I've got one keysmart I'm using but not really as satisfied as the marketing suggested I would be and another that's worth more as scrap aluminum than as an innovative keyholder.
