A quick update for everyone. Thanks to the group's help, we've identified that a handful of individual packages were received containing only the accessory components and not including the KeySmart unit itself. We realize this fulfillment hiccup is undesirable and are working closely with the vendor to resolve as quickly as possible. TylerI had the same problem. I contacted support a couple of days ago, but never received an answer. Glad to know it's being taken care of.
