It's hard not to be biased when every single knife or sword that I have bought or seen Manufactered in China doesn't have the craftsmanship. And yes I'm not ignorant I've been to China I've seen their many manufacturing processes and I do posses a steel craft and it doesn't hold up to my best zero tolerance. They zero in on quantity not quality the more they make the more money they make for their families that's just the way the social climate is over there.. Now unless you've been there no more ignorant. Comments

Sam127So you've been buying crap, then. That's nobody else's fault but yours.
EDIT: It just occurred to me that, provided you're not lying about having been to China to inspect various companies' knife manufacturing capabilities, you must therefore be claiming to work in the knife industry in the US? Nobody's going to make a transcontinental trip at a cost of thousands just to have a look, when they're a collector, when they could buy a large sample of Chinese knives without leaving home for much less.
So then you're claiming that you have a major conflict of interest in this matter, that your livelihood depends on people thinking Chinese knives are all rubbish (when all reputable reviewers say no, that's not the case) and that you have substantial reasons to mislead and misdirect us. Yes? Indeed, if you are who and what you imply you are, it's MORE important for you to convince us Chinese knives are crap if they actually aren't; if they are, then bad word of mouth will get around rapidly and your cause will be achieved. If they aren't crap, to avoid positive word of mouth you need to convince people never to try them.
