Got the blue/leather bag and I love it! It's the perfect size for commuting to work and school, it fits my 13" Macbook, and it fits very nicely underneath even the narrowest of airplane seats. Seems very sturdy and the straps are lightly padded for comfort. I immediately removed the bright red nylon zipper pull-cord things, which I thought were pretty tacky.

Can we get some details about the delay and what kind of timeline we should be expecting? This cookie cutter response from the email is not especially helpful:
"Due to an unexpected delay, these orders may ship later than the original estimated ship date. Our apologies for any inconvenience. If we find that the drop is going to be delayed by more than 30 days, we will let you know. "
The drop was supposed to ship Monday, I believe.

Any updates on shipment for this? Are we still on schedule to ship on Monday?

christopher.vazquez.562An update would definitely be nice. The transaction still shows the order status as "Order placed with the vendor" - that may mean MD hasn't even received the packs yet. If I remember correctly, there's some status between that and shipped... "Order received from vendor" or something similar.

Potato01That really depends on your needs. It's well built and has some internal organization, but I think if you have a lot of physical books it might be too small. I'm getting it for school, but I get all my books digital so I just need space for my Surface and a couple binders.

I'm so sad that no more request are coming in fast enough. Of all the backpacks I've seen in MD this is the only one I've liked so far. I could go and buy it from a retailer but what's the fun in that, the community and team here is what I want to support the most. In any case, if this drops before summer it's gonna be a celebration.
