Be aware if you decide to get a D30 from an Amazon 3rd party seller!
I got a D30 not too long ago and it came with CapXon capacitors; there was also something rattling around inside the case. The sound quality seemed fine, but I returned it anyway. I only opened up the front cover and didn't bother checking the PCB after seeing the crap caps.
Amazon suspended the listing for a period of time (not my doing), so I'm guessing it was either a counterfeit or a cheapened production run?

RF95349Chinese counterfeits of a Chinese brand unit. I will never cease to find that hilarious, even after all these years. But I'm pretty sure that it was probably from a production run where they ran out of what they usually use or something.
CapXon is junk indeed, but a lot of the electronics we use have them anyway. You could probably tear open your smartphone/tablet chargers, laptop charger, USB hubs, and more and find them in there. "It can't be helped." I think that you shouldn't worry too much about that.

Valensilius_ZephyrusI don't normally mind CapXon caps since they work fine in the vast majority of cases. However, the description explicitly lists which capacitors they use.
Anyway, I got a "real" D30 elsewhere and I'm happy with it.
