ScroogeMcDuckThere are reasons to buy from MD, even when prices are close to Amazon. For one, Amazon has become horribly sloppy with shipping things to where I live (PR), so even if I have a Prime membership, they're taking a month or more on many things, so even though Massdrop uses a horrible shipping service, they sometimes are able to get the product to me faster than Amazon! I really have no idea what's going on with Amazon's logistics, but this is an issue I've raised over customer support with them multiple times and they give me extra free months of Prime and credit balance but still can't get things shipped to me any faster so Massdrop has become much more attractive, even if the savings is just $5 or so (though sometimes it's much more).

ScroogeMcDuckthat's exactly what I did. Received it today and am way more impressed than I thought I would be. 3 day shipping and if I don't like anything Amazon is very cool with returning items. Totally new soundstage on my Shure SRH 840 s . Noticeable and not just a litle when it comes to tightening the bass,at least that is my experience. For $40 it's a no-brainer.
