TOPS Knives Blue Otter Fixed Blade

The Blue Otter from TOPS Knives has a lot in common with its namesake. For one, it’s small and nimble, and—of course—blue. But it’s also strong and quick. The blade, coated in gray, measures 3.5 inches long and nearly 5 millimeters thick. Made from 1095 steel, it’s done in a drop-point shape with a slight recurve. The shape and size lends itself to tasks like shaving wood, cutting rope, and skinning and cleaning small game and fish. Another nice touch is the rounded spine and jimping, which make a comfy outlet for the thumb during detail work. The gray finish looks great on the blade, and even better between the black and blue G-10 scales. An included Kydex sheath supports multiple positions whether you like to cross-draw the blade or take it out vertically.
