From frigid forests to rugged seaports, the Puukko has long been a trusty tool for fishermen, hunters, and outdoorsmen. This version from TOPS and designer Goran Mihajlovic is equally suited for hard use and detail work. It features a 3.6-inch 1095 steel blade with a Scandi grind for strength and precision. The spine is ground to 90 degrees for scraping, too. Like a traditional Puuko, the handle is flat, allowing you to get up close to the blade for extra control. Made from brown micarta, it won’t slip in your hands. There’s also a small hole in the scales to help you start a fire in a pinch. Carry it in the included leather sheath on the go.
