I received my parcel. Unfortunately, it appears I need to pay $46 additional dollars to pick it up?
What in the world could that price be? Customs?
I've never had customs THAT expensive.

WolfOFJaxAhhh, understandable then... but I still feel that you should not have had to pay that extra fee for you very likely could have ordered directly from tops and paid less once that extra charge is figured in.... I have been comparing massdrop pricing to knife retailers pricing alot lately and truly do not see much if any savings! Supposedly they order a mass quantity and get a better price but so far every knife I have looked up can still be purchased for less elsewhere?

Aumank33For some knives and some people it's a steal! Especially those in Europe. Some knives are hard to get there and cost an arm and a leg as well as a first born child.

WolfOFJaxDo you and the folks in Europe not have Ebay? Lol just fing the buy it now listings who offer free shipping but make sure you check in the fi e print they do not specify shipping within the US only, hell I own a few hundred mid to higher end production knives and majority of them come from Ebay even the authorized dealers sites on Ebay are sometimes the best deals you are going to find and usually Amazon is decent as well.... I a bit if a steel snob and an edgesnob so as of lately i am having trouble deciding between my next $3-400 knife or a Japanese water stone costing about the same lol

Aumank33Yeah we have eBay but sometimes the shopping costs can be pretty off putting too.
Higher end stuff we generally don't have trouble getting. It's the $20-50 EDC knives that a lot of people have trouble getting. Instead of being a knife you can throw around, you end up paying $100 for a $30 knife with markup sometimes.
