Who do I contact if I have a complaint about my game? The insert is pretty badly damaged and I'd like to see if I could get a new one.

One of my inserts was cracked. I just emailed the guys at AEG, and they sent me a new one. Unfortunately, that new one was also cracked. Basically, the plastic is just too thin and brittle.
