Hello, The guitar I received a couple days ago was defective on arrival. The Shadow Nanoflex (preamp) unit inside is faulty, it works randomly for half the time, the other half of the time, I either get alot of static noise, or silence. Same issue when plugging in headphone. My cables are all checked so they are not the issue here. I've opened a ticket but haven't gotten a reply yet. So some instructions would be nice. B-stock shouldn't mean Dead-out-of-box. Anyone else having issues with theirs?

Bulk shipment received! Our warehouse team confirmed that the group's order arrived earlier and now they're working hard to break everything down into the individual packages for shipment to each of you. We will monitor their progress closely and update the group once all packages are sent out.

Bulk order shipped! The vendor informed us that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive on 10/11.

Thanks again for joining this drop! We have submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Traveler Guitar B-Stock AG-200EQ Guitar and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
