DRNKNMNKYI know that Traxxas' Mandatory price is $329.99 for this model. Maybe your LHS doesn't have the newest model, or they are not abiding by Traxxas' policies :-o

Traxxas has a very strict pricing policy on their vehicles. This exact vehicle is mandatory at $329.99.
So $295 after shipping is a very good deal, especially since you'll be paying tax at your Local Hobby Shop.
Add in the value found in the LiPo bundle and it sweetens the deal for those that don't have an 11.1V LiPo & Charger already. Your Local Hobby Shop certainly will not offer a LiPo bundle to you for just $75.
