Very disappointed in these considering all they were hyped to do. My requirements were; sweatproof, good distance from BT source, and battery life. Only the battery life is good. They are not remotely sweatproof. Even a mild run will render the buttons inoperable until the sweat dries. The distance from source is also very poor, sometimes disconnecting when I'm holding the device on my hand. Comparing these to my old $9.99 bt headphones these are very poor.

Please accept our apologies that TREBLAB RF100 didn't meet your expectations in some points.
To set up the connection between the earbuds and another your devices, kindly troubleshoot them:
1. Reset the earphones to factory settings (while plugged in press/hold the power button for 7 seconds). 2. Go to your device's Bluetooth menu and delete all saved devices from the list by clicking “forget this device.” 3. Turn your device's Bluetooth off then turn back on. Treblab earbuds will be deleted. 4. Power off the device then turn back on. 5. Unplug Treblab from charging cable then power on. 6. Enter the earbuds into the pairing mode and follow instructions below for connecting.
I. Set the buds to discovery mode, by pressing and holding the home button until you see blue and red led’s flashing. II. Find “treblab” in your Bluetooth menu on your device and click “treblab.”
This should solve the connection and range problems.
Please note: For the Bluetooth earbuds to work properly the signal has to have a straight path from the device to the earbuds. If the path has any sort of blocks, or the distance between the devices is over 35 feet, the signal might break. This is a normal occurrence for all Bluetooth headphones. So we advise keeping that in mind when using the product.
Also, kindly be advised that excessive sweating can corrode the nano-coating on the RF100 and may drastically reduce the longevity of the headphones.
To prolong the longevity, it is recommended to wipe off all excessive sweat after use and only charge your headphones once it is fully dry.
Please contact our support directly with the order number if the issues persist. We will not close the case until you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

After trying to delete/reconnect the device per your description, the connection problem still exists. After reading other comments it appears I'm not alone with this problem. Also, to expand on the sweating issue, that seems like blatant misadvertising. I purposely bought these for my workouts and to have a limited amount of sweat render the buttons inoperable and cause playback issues is unacceptable. I stand by my first comment and do not recommend these headphones.

This is not our wish to mislead our dear customers, we are focusing on the long-term work. Will you allow us to help you with your pair? We’d like to correct this situation asap.
We did mention that the nano-coating on the RF100 might be corroded by an excessive sweating but you let us know that it’s not about your situation. Some sporadic cases occur with electronics. It’s not possible to have 0% questions to this kind of products.
