As before, still advertised as "Noise-Cancelling" when it is really just passive noise reduction. Save your money for a company that doesn't intentionally and shamelessly set out to deceive.

ferretallicaI pasted here our previous conversation to avoid repeating. Tolerance to one's opinion (if it's proved) is the best way to peace.

TREBLABIt's also apparently acceptance of BS, the poster was quite correct that the standard of noise cancelling and the use of the term is ACTIVE, by definition if it's passive it's reduction or isolation as you are not cancelling.
It's sad you have so little respect for consumers that you would be so disingenuous, you either shouldn't mention noise at all or term them as noise reducing/isolating. You are selling a product, you aren't entitled to opinion only fact.

warriorscotThank you for expressing your thoughts and being an advocate of the ACTIVE noise cancellation. We respect it fully. However, please understand the specifications of the earbuds we are selling based on the recent tech researchers and proved by the engineers as passively cancelling/reducing the environmental noise and this fact, unfortunately, we can't discard or neglect by not mentioning on the listing. A half of the world or maybe more producing, selling, and using the earbuds with passive noise cancellation. Looks like for you it's not easy to admit that. I'm really sorry to know that a term "passive noise cancellation" could bring you to the doubts that someone is not sincere. For us, it's not a goal to sell a lot and fast but a satisfaction with our product. And that can be easily checked from the feedback of those who have the product.
Coming back to respect, we are positive to your "mild" criticism, so imagine how we love others.

TREBLABValid terms are noise isolating and noise reducing, you will notice that the majority of products use these terms. In engineering terms and good use of English Passive noise cancellation is inaccurate as it's not possible to passively cancel noise. As a scientist and engineer myself with multiple advanced degrees, and all of them included a strong degree of acoustics and dynamics I'm pretty confident in that assertion that your fact isn't a fact as you are not employing any kind of new or novel technology to passively CANCEL noise. If you have introduced some technology that is not apparent and does in fact achieve cancellation please provide the evidence in the form of patents and research papers.
What is a fact that in many jurisdiction selling noise reducing and noise isolating audio equipment as noise cancelling is an offence as false advertising. Noise cancelling products enjoy a significant premium in pricing thanks to the technology required to do so, you are attempting to put lipstick on a pig and sell more of your product with at worst a falsehood and at best intentional misdirection and misuse of language.
P.S. Further to this looking at the product description : " Utilizing Bluetooth 4.1 technology, they offer up to nine hours of noise-cancelling play time on a single charge" You are implying here that the cancellation is subject to the operation of the battery, this of course we know is untrue.
