The difference between first and second could be 1/100th of a second. The SVT-DE40 from Tsovet features a chronograph and two sub dials to help you keep track of time on or off the track Read More
This is good value at 250, you're not going to find a swiss chrono for less. A Ronda movement is not in Timex, no idea where that off the cuff rant from earlier comes from.
Neither watch is "Swiss Made" ... both watches are "Swiss chronos" (Swiss quartz movement) ... my only reason to post was to show that a "Swiss chrono" can, in fact, be found for much less than $250 (32 bucks to be exact). I'm trusting that this Tsovet is a better quality watch than the $32 watch.

HalifaxWell, not really. I think the majority of us would recognise there's a difference between a Swiss "swiss" movement and a Chinese "swiss" movement.
I had one of these (silver panda) for over 2 years. Wore it all the time and never replaced the battery. Great patina on the quality band. If it was $100 cheaper it would be worth it. At this price, you can find different versions all over the web.
