A tier-3 PSU, poor quality. Wouldn't support Thermaltake regardless. They're known design thieves. Take most of their designs from higher end brands, and knock them off with cheaper parts.

CellarPlease don't quote that tier list regarding PSU's. Please DO reference RealhardtechX and their PSU Review Database.
Here's JonnyGuru's review on the 1375w version of this same platform. http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story5&reid=293
Other then that if you look the worst parts of the review are the fact that it only has an 18 gauge Power Cord. This wont affect 99% of all users. Current hardware puts 1 cpu/ 2 GPU systems around 700-850w. Meaning that you won't be effected by this cable at all. You shouldn't buy this PSU though because it's useless unless you are pushing Fury X's on a dual Xeon build, something that's way into diminishing returns on performance on anything but heavy worstation use case(And anyway Titans or Nvidia in general may actually be better there depending on the programs you work with.)
Second: Most PSU's are made from OEM's such a Seasonic, Superflower, FSP, Delta, CWT, Enhance, ect ect. This is a CWT unit and not a bad one in general. CWT is most famous for making Corsair units. So no they don't "Take most of their designs" Saying such paints you as ignorant to how OEM PSU makers actually conduct business within this market, continuing on saying "Knock them off with cheaper parts" also demonstrates this further. Especially when the capcitors are primarily Enesol which aren't Nippon Caps, but they aren't bad. The soldering isn't bad and over all build quality is acceptable. The cables could be nicer for this price of a psu.

SoSpecialYou mean.... like this?
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
Where they used Jonnyguru as the source, and still have this PSU listed as a Tier 3 PSU? k.
And regarding the knocking-off. Just one of the many articles you can find on the matter if you simply google "Thermaltake knock offs"
https://www.overclock3d.net/reviews/cases_cooling/thermaltake_designs_at_computex_2015_look_familiar/1
Multiple examples for you.

SoSpecialBecause everything you said was 100% from your own research, and 0% from anything you've read in a review... "Please DO reference RealhardtechX and their PSU Review Database. CellarMore than you have, reading two tier list doesn't even come close. Anyone could have curated those. PSU reviews take a specific methodology and equipment to be valid, so going to the Review database which ONLY includes reviews that go through proper testing can appear on is at the consumer level the best possible research you can do.
Saying "Poor Quality" based on a tier list is like saying a used car is in great condition because the saleman said so. IT's a CTW(Read the same OEM as most Corsair units) you clearly knew nothing about OEM's before I mentioned them though.

CellarOkay then, if you have anything worth adding to this then I'd suggest you do it now. IF it's hypocritical for me to trust JonnyGuru( and comparisons vs other reviews) over some random tier list then so be it. But nothing I've said here has been false or based on anything but objective facts.
But stop spreading miss-information about "Taking Designs"( Licensing OEM platforms) and "Poor Quality parts"( Decent to good build quality and mid range capacitors, bad cabling for the price) when neither of those are true. At best you are an ignorgant consumer, and at worse you are maliciously spreading false info.

CellarThermaltake does not design PSU's. Just like Corsair, Antec, Cooler Master,...., they BUY other companies' PSU's and re-brand them. Seasonic, Enermax, FSP, Delta, Great Wall,...., those companies actually make PSU's. Thermaltake makes a full suite of PSU's from crap to wonderful, just like every other brand. Some silly, pointless list is not an intelligent source to quote. SoSpecial's Jonny Guru review is a proper source.
