Received my TTPOD IEMS, they sound great however I'm very curious as to whats the purpose for all the other extra buds? Whats the spiral looking ones? Whats the difference between those and the white soft buds?

FractalThe red/yellow/blue "spiral looking ones" are hybrids. The colored center portions are made of a stiffer polymer, and the grey outer flanges are more standard soft silicone. These hybrid tips are often preferred because the stiffer center resists deformation and offers a more clean and direct channel for the sound to pass through, while the softer flange still provides a good seal and a degree of comfort. Also, these particular hybrids have a wide bore, which allows sound to pass through more clearly and naturally. If any of the hybrids fit your ears well, I'd highly recommend them. The ones that come in this set are very good quality and comparable to specialized hybrid tips that often must be purchased separately.
