I just got my Roul but it isn't the Ti version that I had ordered even though on the sleeve it says Ti. The weight is clearly the stainless steel version. This is very misleading...
The group's order ended up arriving earlier to our warehouse in New Jersey and many of the individual packages have already shipped back out. We anticipate the remaining handful going out by the beginning of next week and we'll be sure to update the group again once we've confirmed complete shipment.

Best bit's the hex driver, runner up the drill sizes guide (only for old bits or blind people, I thought at first, but it's a hell of a lot smaller than a caliber and so I use it for measuring anything cylindrical.) But the hex driver lets me generate a fair bit of torque.
With a Wiha magnetic bitholding thingy (oh you work out what to call it then, http://www.amazon.co.uk/Wiha-36800-Magic-Universal-Holder/dp/B007TTEOCU ) on my keyring, I've got a constantly available screwdriver! I bought a bunch of cheapish hex bits a while back and drilled holes in them so's I could put them on a string - like the Titanium Keyring Bit, if you saw that Kickstarter, but not ti because that's really really stupid for a hex bit. Yes, it's a bit stupid for a wallet card too, and I'd rather have stainless steel. Oh well.

Massdrop isn't responsible, directly, for their partnered manufacturers being shitty. Sometimes they fail to respond to wrong-product problems, damaged goods, DOAs, NeverArriveds, and MD can't necessarily prevent all these issues from taking place.
But I believe strongly that MD should *not*
• pay the manufacturer
• negotiate new drops
• initiate new drops
without first requiring the manufacturer to follow up ALL problems raised by MD members. Every time one of those steps is coming up, MD should check: "Are there any open tickets?"
Whether they are brought up on the discussion pages, emailed to the manufacturer or emailed to Massdrop. Not necessarily requiring that they take each and every issue to final resolution, BUT that they are actively communicating with the member and making an effort to resolve the problem.
Massdrop, repeatedly running drops on products which have had problems, encouraging members to sign up and pay up while the members who've had problems wait pointlessly, their voices unheard, is not an acceptable standard of behaviour from your company. I've said many times: you guys screw up a fair amount, but you do try and you have your customers' welfare in mind. Continuing to do new business with companies who ignore their obligations to your members means that you are implicitly supporting them in that behaviour. It is reckless as to the welfare of your members and it is morally wrong.
As first I thought, good deal. then figured out this price is on each piece....bummer

Wanted to fit this in my Ridge Wallet which snugly fits only standard credit card size items, and looking at the specs these are not credit card sized. Wondering if anyone can confirm that.

Titanium Lucy. I'm in!
I got mine, too. Jucy and Roul with titanium. Jucy is great but Roul has scratches all over on both sides. And, it looks dirty due to stains. It can happen. I would get an exchange. But, they say that I have to return mine first, and then it will take about 2 ~ 3 weeks to make a new one. Guess it's the manufacturer's policy. Not a great way to make up for one's mistake.

Well, at least you got a reply. I emailed MD support about my order and got no response. I believe that the Lucy I ordered is not titanium as I purchased, but nobody is responding so I guess I'm just screwed.
