Everything was shipped out as of Feb 18th. I double checked your shipment, and it's rather odd that it's not showing anything. I'll go ahead and ask the vendor about this package, in the meantime, it'd be great if you could also email us at support@massdrop.com, just so we can have a support ticket for this case.

Hey everyone,
We just got an update from the vendor that our order is all packed up ready to be shipped out. However they are unable to ship live plants in current temperatures (18 degree average this week in New York) as they will really suffer in transit.
We are expecting the temperature to go above 50 degrees next week. And they will be shipped the instant the temperature warms.
We’ll update again once the shipment is on its way. Cheers!

Hey everyone,
We just got an update from our vendor that our order is scheduled to be shipped out to everyone on early next week.
Given the experience of some of the members that participated in the earlier drop, we have requested to have the shipping package filled with extra protection material. They should definitely arrive safe and sound!

Hey everyone,
We have just submitted our order of almost 20 sets of Twig DIY Terrarium Kit.
Now that the bulk order has been placed, our order is currently being prepared for shipment.
We are just waiting for confirmation on the shipment schedule from our vendor now, we will be sure to update again here once that’s available.

ManielloIt's pretty much illegal to ship living things and plants internationally, so chances are slim.

I ordered two and only received one. The packing quality was awful, the thing was shaken around enough for the bag holding the pebbles to burst and the pebbles were everywhere.
There isn't a way you can put two in this small box either

Will it be possible in the near future to ship this item to Hungary? I would really like to participate in this drop but sadly I live outside of the US

Shipping to Canada, since these are live products and it's pretty cold in many parts of the country -- Are these shipped marked as do not leave at door? Is there any guarantee if the plants are DOA?
