I never received an email about it will be only one battery and props. I got emails that you reimburse $149 for the backpack what you did. So Im still waiting on the extra battery and 2 pairs of props or reimburse for it otherwise I want full refund for miss leading - false advertiziment. Plus I needed to pay $65 for yuneec service charge, because they disregard the warranty because somebody tempered with the my yuneec h.
I will never buy from you guys, first I received used yuneec h and after 2 months taking my money I still dont have what I payed for. No extra battery no extra props no tracking number. And the best for last TERRIBLE costumer service.

The Tyhoon H in the Bazaar will be just the Typhoon H, ST16, single battery & charger, and the wizard, we have corrected the description due to the issues we had with the initial drop.
I also have not received my extra battery and props. Please give us accurate information. This has been a disaster from the beginning. Very unprofessional business.

I just want to thank MD for making right on this drop. Clearly there was miscommunication between MD, Yuneec and the buyers. I received the $150 credit and today i got the battery and spare props. Making this right will keep me purchasing here in the future.
I do hope you will offer this drop again. This drone has impressed so many friends i'm sure they would jump on the same deal in a heartbeat.
