davel256No problem for normal cooking. Don't shove into the oven (why would someone do that anyway). If you do need an educated guess, I would say up to 400F at max (Nylon). The reason why you would want these is because you have non-stick cookware and do not want to scratch them. The stainless steel should provide a bit more structure, and the wood handle should keep your hand relatively cool in comparison to the other materials when active cooking. If you are wondering about the dishwasher, then no. Putting anything wood in a dishwasher is a great idea if you want to quickly take off any coating or conditioning oil it has and create cracks in it. Overall, this is a decent starter set for a home cook who is fashion conscious -- peculiar about collecting similar items with the same look and brand like myself.
