Great news! The group’s order was picked up from the vendor and is now on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey. Given the tracking information provided, our warehouse team expects the shipment to come in by 11/19 and will be ready to get the order repacked and off to you as soon as it comes in.
Occasionally the shipment experiences a delay en route, but rest assured that we will keep the group updated throughout the entire process and let you know if something causes it to be set back.
We are thankful for your continued patience and you can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 11/20 or earlier if anything comes up.

As soon as they are done preparing the shipment and once we receive it at our warehouse in New Jersey we will break it down into individual orders and have them on their way to each of you! We currently expect your orders to leave our warehouse by 11/23.

C'mon MassDrop. This exact same lantern is being sold on Amazon for $30 with free shipping. This community is built around getting good deals on popular items and this isn't a good deal.

whackoThis drop is currently 43% off MSRP, so *most* people would say that is already a good deal, yet I understand that there may be an even better deal out there for some of our members. I took the links you guys posted to our vendor to see if we could get a better deal for our community, and I was not successful. However, I'll see what I can do to help us leverage this drop to get us better pricing on future UCO drops. Thanks everyone! @whacko @Vital

Well that's good to know, but the price you are selling it for is higher than just about every place I looked. Here for example its $25.25 including free shipping with the code 15NOW, and if you check the box that says Free return waived the price drops to $24.73. Even without using a code its still cheaper here:

Vital @Vital - this is the newest model of the Arka and has no recall associated with it. The previous model had a fault that was quickly fixed in the manufacturing process. Thanks for asking and I apologize for the slow response.

Hey All - This is a great lantern with the built-in rechargeable battery and ability to recharge your electronics. It's like the big sibling of the popular UCO Tetra. Take note of the size and weight - whereas the Tetra is ideal for backpacking, the Arka is a little better suited for car camping.
