I recently bought the JBL LSR30X Drop and I've been experiencing issues regarding electrical noise. First, will this work on my speakers? and if so, will it solve my problem if I connect this to my pc via usb?

R4M1This DAC is sensitive to EMI because you power it from USB and you already have problems with EMI so go with something that has separate power source.

R4M1I assume you using the 3.5mm cable from you computer. That may be part of you problem especially is you computer has relatively cheap audio components. The LSR305/30X are prone to hissing especially with crappy source like most PC's 3.5mm jack. The uDAC 3 should be a step up. Just because it USB powered doesn't mean you going to have EMI issues especially audible ones.
I received the uDAC 3 recently and have tested it with my LSR30x, including just now. It sounds pretty good and hissed less than when tested it from my PC's 3.5mm jack.
I give the uDAC 3 a thumbs up for use with the LSR30x.

RojasTKDuDAC 3 is unstable when you have problems with EMI. Unstable means that in some random interval it will stop work properly and you have to power it off then on. I experienced this by myself at work environment and was surprised that everything works fine on my home laptop. To resolve such issues I had to replug EVERYTHING and just change connections at my work. This helped.
