CodyPendantEVERY SINGLE ONE of the closeout models in the "Deals" section of the ULA website are made with the now discontinued woodland camo cordura material. There's no woodland camo available from this drop at all.

CanadaGooseAm I safe to assume you live in Canada? On the contrary, if you were to order directly from ULA , your actual cost would be more than the stated $260 on the website. You would be paying extra, on top of the $260. That price is valid for free ship to USA customers only.

p.s. I have this pack and its worth every penny. Swallows a lot of gear and will carry some weight well, but need to watch that, of course. I use it for bulky winter gear that is sufficiently light. Never over 30 lbs and a carries that like cloud. Also does well with a smaller load. I have a CDT frameless for truly small and light, and use the Catalyst for everything else.

Complaint... I don't like that MD allows some makers to use them as outlets, rather than for true drops. In this case, ULA is having a sale for the exact same price, and the timing of the sale and drop indicate that MD is just being used as would any ULA retailer. I'd rather see ULA have the sale, then drop remaining product below the sale price if they still have some to sell. And I'd rather MD be on top of that sort of thing, to ensure drops are actually drops.

scopeMassdrop is an outlet. Period. It's a place for a manufacturer/business to drop prices and get off a bunch of product quick using Massdrop as the middle-man to do so. That's basically the very definition of the "outlet". And, I see no sale on the ULA website at all.

..i'll bet it'll be dropped in the dead of night with a pathetic limit just to piss off everyone who were waiting so long for it.
ULA must at least be partly to blame for the Circuit debacle so i'll go Zpacks. Haven't been introduced to the wonderful world of ULA yet but seems i've dodged the proverbial bullet so looks like i never will.
