Looks like I'm going to have to call on Monday to get some customer service. My desire to throw them out, do a chargeback, and order from JH Audio is increasing every day this goes on.
Sorry to hear of your continued troubles with UE. At this point I'm surprised Danny or Hassan haven't jumped in to help out, so this does not bode well for either party. Everything about this feels like the companies are bipolar, so it's more like the luck of the draw to get a proper response than anyone would expect.
