Hi all — Mike here from Ultimate Ears. I wanted to clear up any potential confusion over the BYOI party. (Bring Your Own Impression.) As I mentioned earlier in a discussion, this is to prevent any confusion/ frustration / lack of fairness with our other authorized dealers who have digital scanners.
But if Ultimate Ears already has your impressions on file from previous drops or from previous direct purchases or from UE events like CanJam or other places where we've been out scanning, then we can use those previous scans/ impressions.
If there are any questions about whether we have your scans / impressions on file and where they originated from, please directly contact David Gutierrez at dgutierrez@logitech.com prior to signing up for the drop. One more thing please. On Monday when MassDrop emails you additional instructions and your order #, please forward that email to David dgutierrez@logitech.com letting us know that we have your impressions here already. We'll get started on those immediately and those orders will ship by the end of the week.

wild_oneThank you. And we'll own the communication difficulty. The initial request came from us. We only ask everyone to be mindful of where the scans originate from. If they were from a dealer other than Massdrop, those will not count for this deal. The deep discount comes from Massdrop and we can't expect other authorized UE dealers to match the price from their margins.

Mike_DiasErr hi I sent you two emails regarding the posssibilty of revealing the location early cos for me to ship them to the us takes quite a lot of time from Singapore and even if I use exppress shipping it may get locked up at customs so please advice me on wat to do

Mike_DiasNot that I need another UE 18 Pro, but what if someone has a digital scan from another dealer that was used for an order, wouldn't that count as a scan already at UE?
