The right earpiece on mine is not working out of the box....great.
cmttttContact MD support and get a refund/replacement. They've been pretty good about customer support for me so far.
As far as trouble shooing, try the other cable (in the little plastic box). Then you'll know if it's the earpiece or the cable. If it's the cable, sweet. If not, it's probs borked and you'll need MD to step in and make you whole.

Thanks, I contacted MD and we'll see what they say.
