bwayneHi This is Mike Dias from Ultimate Ears. These are the 900s and they are under warranty. There may be a confusion from the original 900 which has been discontinued now for many years.

UltimateEarsHi - thanks! So just to be clear, these are under a standard 1yr warranty from UE? Repair/replacement in case of issues in the first year? Thanks again.

bwayneDon't be deceived people. Their standard warranty meaning that they are out of stock and replace with some other product (in my case they offered jaybird product around $200) only 3 months after they sold me the product. Of course they have stock in UE website for sales.

I note that UE will not replace these if they go bad because they claim they are discontinued. So maybe it doesn't really matter... but would be good to know if you can at least get something from them if they go bad in 10 months.
