Ultimate Guard Double Sleeving Kit

I got my kit in the mail this weekend. I like the sleeves, but the deck box was wrong. I was expecting the Deck'n'Tray case, as advertised, but got the plain Deck Case instead. I contacted support last night and have not heard anything back.

RobBovillI am in the same situation. I received my kit today with the plain 100+ Deck Case in it instead of the described Deck'n'Tray. This was particularly disappointing as a large part in my decision to join the drop was based on wanting to try out the Deck'n'Tray.

ThrBigESame here too I got just a plain ultimate guard deck case . The deck box was also a factor in why I joined the drop. Is there any info as to why some people received just the plain deck box?

Echo1ActualDo we know that it was just some of the kits on this drop packed with the wrong box? Or was it all of the kits in this last drop?
Most importantly anyone heard back from Massdrop about this? I mean, it hasn't been a full 24 hours since I submitted my issue to support so it's possible that they just haven't had time to respond yet. On the other hand, it seems pretty fishy that they would simply pack up a lesser product without letting anyone know about it.
