I accidentally joined the drop for the 800 before i could add the 1600 strap. I did go and add both but the first drop join was added. the system will not let me cancel the first drop and continues to send me to customer support of which continue to receive automatic replies stating that i am ok with the message. It will not cancel my first drop join. Where is customer support?

rjmtxHey there! @rjmtx try going to "transactions", find the drop you would like to cancel, then hit "contact support". They will help get you sorted. Let me know if you have an issue.
