As others have already said, time to move on from ultra light custom amsteel & polyester strap for convenience and safety. Thanks. ordered two sets.

JwalcheCan I ask what safety issues you are referencing? I've been amsteel/strap guy for some time and greatly prefer it to daisy chains.

ElectronicVicesAmsteel is very strong, but is slippery. Whoopie Slings and knots may one day loosen under pressure while one is sleeping.

JwalcheAppreciate the reply, in my configuration the knots aren't a concern (I don't use any) and I have had zero issues with my whoopie slings slipping. I could see how those might be an issue for some though depending on the diameter of the amsteel and one's knot knowledge.
