Ordering these towels is very confusing. The price is supposed to be $20 for three but when you choose the 2nd and 3rd color option you get up charged $1 per towel. WTF is up with that? Tried to order all three the same color and still got charged extra. I ordered them anyway but someone has there head up their a*s at Drop. You guys need to get your sh*t together. Jus sayin.

There seems to be a mistake in the checkout options. The “base price” choices all make you add $1, while the XL upgrade is indeed +$2, as advertised.

sudevaYeah, it is weird that it's an extra dollar for the second and third towels. I thought at first that the $1 charge was to change colors, and if you got three of the same color and shape, it'd be $20, but nope, it seems $22 is the base price, which should be in the header rather than $20.

emptymI emailed them and got my dollar refunded (two XLs plus an L). You’ll feel pathetic, but it’s the right thing to do. Or maybe it’s the wrong thing! To each his own.
FWIW the towels are a useful weight. I’ll keep my thin Packtowl for ultra-light ultra-compact use, but for anything where you have a bit more flexibility and desire a slightly more, eh, luxurious experience, this is a good weight (of fabric, and actual scale weight) and bulk.

Massdrop what the &%$#??!!?? I placed.an order. I expect it. A measly $5 does not do ANY good towards good will after YOU cancel my order cause you cant get your $%/@ together. I want the damn towels. Not a measly pittance towards a future purchase. Hell, there may well not be any more purchases if I dont receive my towels.

Massdrop can’t seem to get all the sizes properly gathered to,send out. Just order from amazon and get what you want. Sometimes MD just isn’t the best option for an iem

tecky1kanobeI'll wait for MD to ship. I haven't had a problem getting the right size or item and I've ordered a fair amount of items. I cant find 3 towels for this price anywhere. Edit- towels have been canceled due to MDs incompetence . Another drop gets canceled because they dont do proper prep before a drop. I can no longer support or recommend MD in any way. MD- a certain branch of the military has a saying- Proper preparation prevents piss poor performance. Maybe you should have those motivational posters printed up with that on it for all the offices warehouses etc.

Got three towels from the drop. Only oddball factor was that one towel was grey with hot magenta stitching. Otherwise, they're great; extremely absorbent, perfect for the office gym. I keep them in my desk so I'm never without a towel.

Received my order minuse the medium sized towel. No option for substitution, no sorry it's out of stock, just a fat markthrough on the packing slip. I've ordered many things from you, Massdrop, and never had an issue until now. Im counting on you to make it right.

Huh....another case of bait and switch? There are no Mediums so you have no option to pay base price. It will be at least $6 more ($2 extra for each of 3 towels).

I have a lot of these already. They are great for backpacking. If you can't decide on a size, do what I did at another vendor. They were selling them for one price no matter the size, so I got some of the xtra large and cut them in half, thereby getting twice as many towels. Only one of the halves gets the loop, but that's a small drawback.
