Hi all,
Thanks for being apart of this drop. In order to make custom IEMs, each person will need to mail their ear molds to the manufacturer. However, before you send in your ear molds, you will need to complete your design by selecting all the options you'd like via this designer:

Please note, do not choose any options that will carry an additional cost if you did not already choose them in your Massdrop checkout options.
Once you have completed the design, please email us with the resulting PDF to support@massdrop.com. Be sure to include your transaction ID for the order. We will forward these PDFs to our contact who will make sure the designs can be carried through.
When the order is approved, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label so that you can mail your ear mold to the manufacturer. Once the manufacturer receives your mold, there will be a production period of 4 weeks. After that, you should be receiving your custom IEMs in the mail!
So to reiterate the above:
1. Use the link to design your IEMs. (Don't choose options that cost more than what you ordered) 2. Send the PDF to support@massdrop.com with your transaction ID for the order. 3. If the design is approved, we will email you a shipping label for your ear mold. If the design is not approved, we will ask you to redo your design. 4. Mail your ear mold and wait about 4 weeks + transit time to receive your awesome new IEMs!
To make sure this drop runs smoothly, I'd like to ask that you all complete your design and send them to support by Wednesday, March 12th. This will give you 5 days to go over all the options.
