I would love to hear someone‘s opinion on how this would work as a belt for under my duty belt.

BenkThis is a thick bulky duty belt in itself. You'd probably not want to wear it "under" another duty belt. The cobra belt buckles are a good 1/2 inch thick, and having 3 layers of thick nylon, means the belt itself is very thick. I would think the bulk would be very uncomfortable under another duty style belt.

BenkThis is more of a duty belt by itself, even without attaching it to a 'base belt'.

BenkMy underbelt is already a cobra from a previous mass drop. Can’t recall the brand, but you know what I’m talking about, I’m sure. I’d prefer to have a nice thick, sturdy under belt, reinforced if possible. My outer belt is 3inches wide with lots of heavy gear and is very padded. This would NOT work for the outer belt for standard LEOs. I guess I will have to think about it....

BenkThe Carbon Tactics CobraStrap belt? I wear one of those and was also trying to think of way to integrate it with this outer belt, but it sounds like you need the velcro on both halves.
