Rec’d. Definitely nicer than the cheap bag I referenced, but does feel flimsy. The design is nicer than the actual construction. Too bad they didn’t use real cordura and heavier zippers and buckles.

The Kickstarter prices were robbery.
a lot more info on the product on the Unsettle Kickstarter page.

The Kickstarter prices were much higher than here so I suspect an unsuccessful offering. There were a few complaints about the quality of the other bag on the Comments page...

At this price I may still get one but I'm not under the illusion this will be any more durable than the $15 tote (Everest @ Ebags) I referenced earlier.

Although I can't speak as to their Kickstarter page and comments made previously, I can tell you that the tactical grade Cordura nylon and PU zipper build on these makes them really feel like a hell of a lot more than 40 dollars; and not many bags at this price point offer the raw materials and finish that these have.
what is the bag made of? is it made with robust / brand name zippers?

just trying to understand why this over a $15 nylon tote from eBags (besides the clever strap adjustment)?
DDro
These are actually made from high denier Cordura nylon, which is very abrasion resistant and durable over time. It's not your average nylon tote with thinner fabric. Everything from the hardware (clasps, closure) to the PU waterproof zippers and water resistant interior is definitely a step up from what you'd find on the site/pricepoint you listed.
Where are they made?

These are made in China.
