For those that are wondering the math says as of today 5 dec 2017 a presale Tcgplayer.com box of unstable goes for $90.94 it has 36 packs each with a full art land in it. So 90.94/36=$2.53 per land rounded up. This gives you a chance at a foil land and most of the unset cards are, as of the time of writing, legal in certain versions of the commander format.

ViXoZuDoNo, it was announced at hascon that Steamflogger Boss would show up in the land slot as a result of being the only other black bordered printing in the set. According to gamepedia it will be 1 in every 121 lands - https://mtg.gamepedia.com/Unstable
