I'm in for a double screen. My firm's paying. :)
Hope this works — I measured my screens and the distance from the center of the VESA mounting area to the edge of the monitor is *exactly* 12.5 inches...

WigdaddyIf they don't fit email me at cs@UpriteErgo.com. We're launching an optional longer crossbar so if there's an issue we'll figure something out.

Do these come with a platform to use with monitors that lack a VESA mount (e.g. Apple Thunderbolt monitors and Cinema Displays)?

bananaquitIn the standard configuration they require a VESA mount. I don't see it on the drop but there is an optional monitor stand to accommodate monitors that don't have a VESA mount. That stand only works on the single configuration.

I'm a little confused by the description of the vertical height adjustment. What are the heights of the centers of the VESA mounts at their maximum lowered and raised positions?

WigdaddyThe 18" of vertical height adjustment refers to the range of motion from sitting to standing of the unit.
When mounting your monitors on the units you set the height on the top column when you assemble it. The top column itself is around 18" in height (19.8" in the lowered position when you include the base and the exposed nested portions of the column). If you set the center point of the VESA mounts at 17" high then your range would be 17" to 35".
The following link includes instructional videos on the assembly and the assembly instructions. If my explanation above was unclear or rambling looking at how the monitors are mounted might help explain it.

I am more curious where Massdrop got the 649.99 price. Even from their site, I price out a dual monitor stand with laptop mount - $485.00 w/o tax. Here, $413.85. So it's about a 15% discount over purchasing from their site directly.

Can it support a 34" ultra wide with another? If so, can the dual monitor stand can support a 34" ultra wide with another 27" 16:9 monitor?
RampageMasterRampageMaster, This workstation would not be able to support monitors that large. The mounting distance is 12.5". That distance would be from the middle of the center pole to the middle of the vesa mounts.

RampageMasterI think I saw somewhere it would support two 24" But it may do a 27 (maybe 29") and a laptop...
