My highlighter came without a refill.... I specifically asked if they came with a refill and was told yes.

ESweenMine didn't come with one either, but I got a second shipping notification for this drop last night, hopefully that's the refill for the orders they forgot to include one in.

ESweenAhh yes, they did ship a second package with the refill and the o-ring spacer. Works wonderfully, just like all the other USG pens.
