Ridged Nonstick Sheet Pans in 9 Styles
For cookies, croissants, veggies, and sweets that brown evenly, release quickly, and come out tasting great, you can’t go wrong with USA Pan. These pans are constructed from aluminized steel for excellent heat retention and strength. (They actually conduct heat so well and evenly that they could reduce baking times, so make sure and keep an eye on your food!) Thanks to the unique, ridged texture, the pans are able to circulate heat far better than your typical sheet pan. Of course, like other USA Pan products, they’re made free of harmful chemicals like PTFE and BPA, too.
