How do the Quiet Pro switches compare to Mx clears in sound and feel, I know they are lighter but I want to know the diference in tactileness and how loud they both can be

TeddI have the Quiet Click switches on my V60, I also have a few boards with MX Clears. The Matias switches are more tactile, by a decent amount, than MX Clears. They also (at least on this board) have no obvious ping, which is something I can't say for the CODE I have with Clears. The V60 with the QC switches is pretty quiet over all. By the sound you still know it is mechanical, but it isn't louder than your average rubber dome board. I type with it in a very quiet office setting and no one around me has any complaints.
Of note though, the mounting holes are all on the bottom of the board, there is no access to the screw holes through the top of the plate. So if you were inclined to put this in another 60% case, you will have to get a little creative when securing it.
If it weren't for the fact that *good* keycaps are so hard to come by for ALPS/Matias switches, this would probably be my favorite switch, along with the Matias Click switches.
