Comfortwise, it's probably fine, though I'd be a little worried about how narrow the straps are. The addition of a waist and sternum strap means that there's at least an effort for comfortable carry.
Additionally, the integrated rainfly is a good call, since this doesn't appear to be a weather resistant bag by any measure.
I haven't used it, but I imagine this is a pretty decent bag for someone who isn't carrying extremely expensive kit around and wants to bring their camera with them to school. It is *pretty* small, though, and probably ideal for women or smaller sized men.
