Hey Guys,
We spoke to the vendor earlier today and unfortunately the complete glass order didn't come in as expected. At this point they are just waiting on the stands and the producer will be dropping off the remaining stands for shipment tomorrow. The vendor has gone ahead and requested expedited shipment to their facility and are working on getting the outstanding orders shipped as soon as possible. In addition they are also pulling their own inventory to try and get these shipped as soon as possible.
Conservatively the remaining orders will be dropped off in batches and the group's order will be completely shipped by the middle of next week.
Expect an update from us on 7/23 or sooner if something comes up.

HassanSWell, being the TENTH person to purchase this, I sure hope mine is in the first batch to be sent out. I feel you all should definitely be sending these out based on order of purchase at this point.

HassanSSo the order you took our money obviously has nothing to do with when we will get our order since we now know they are waiting on stands and not the type of glass. Fingers crossed that my name comes up in the random shipping lottery soon.

HassanSMassdrop really needs to add more transparency to their communication process. If you had set expectations with your customers a week ago that sidetree was shipping this week and sidecirc next week I don't think you'd have as irritated a community as you do now.

HassanSWhy didn't the first batch ship out in order of drop signup if all we were waiting on were the stands. A little more transparency about the shipping process and more frequent updates would have been nice. You could have probably contacted people to see if they wanted to switch from circ to tree if there was a problem with the circs. Pretty lame to be reading about all these people (who signed up after me) getting their vaporizers when mine won't be here until late next week. It isn't even the month+ wait that bothers me it is the complete lack of concern for the questions we posed in regards to shipping order.
This has been my first time purchasing something through massdrop and it has been a fairly disappointing experience. You would think a little more care and effort would be spent on an order this large and expensive. Even if my vaporizer shows up next week as promised, I can't recommend this buying experience to anyone. I'm kicking myself for not buying the vaporizer from the vendor at the same price and just not getting the free percolator. Would have gotten it right away and I wouldn't have to deal with a third party website that shows little concern for its customers.

jtmoneybagsI could not agree with you more! This experience has been ridiculous, and I too would've rather just bought from the vendor as well---it would've been worth the money lost to not have to go through this maddening process. I guess it's mostly my fault for not understanding completely how Massdrop works before I made my purchase, however.

jtmoneybagshit the nail on the head here, exactly what I'm thinking. I don't mind the wait it's the once a week updates that are way too vague. If they'd read the comments about how they've decided on shipping then maybe we all wouldn't be so frustrated.
No updates to shipping info here, ordered with sidecirc. I think we've figured it out without their help; this likely will be my last drop unless massdrop shows a lot more clarity in the shipping process.

alltoreupthey took our money in one whole payment this wasn't individual orders it was one big order so doesn't matter if u were #1 or #75
