So we couldn't get the water tool attachment for the Pinnacle Pro [on it's latest drop] due to "quality control issues", but we can get it with this? It's the same manufacturer guys...something seems odd about this whole situation.

iLeicaMikeThanks for your feedback, however, this is a different product and a new vendor. Why would Massdrop use the same vendor if they gave us poor quality glass the first time?

andyI'm sure that response looks good on paper, but it doesn't address the concern I brought up. Both the Vaporblunt and Pinnacle are made by the same manufacturer, regardless of who the vendor is. The current massdrop stance is that the water tool will not be offered for the Pinnacle indefinitely, but your willing to offer the water tool for the Vaporblunt.
I'm trying to understand why you were able to find a vendor that will supply the correct water tool for the Vaporblunt, but you're not able to find it for the Pinnacle on future drops (considering that both the Vaporblunt and Pinnacle are manufactured by the same company).

iLeicaMikeFYI The water tool is outsourced regardless of the vendor. The vendor we were working with on the 2nd Pinnacle Pro drop did not disclose that they were not using the glass maker that VaporBlunt (product) uses. Obviously that did not sit well with us or Massdrop users.
Our current vendor for the VaporBlunt 2.0 (product) uses the same glass manufacturer as VaporBlunt (company). Since this drop happened after the 2nd Pinnacle Pro drop, we have since secured a new vendor that can provide the water tool attachment.
Indefinitely is a strong word, we are looking at our options for future Pinnacle Pro drops, we just don't want to have issues with the water tool again.
Thanks,
Andy

andyHey Andy good news that ' were not using the glass maker that VaporBlunt (product) uses'. I say that because this is a great opportunity for VapexHale owners to buy another hydrotube for their system.
Long story short The Vapor Blunt, asked permission from VHX to use their water pipe idea and both the VHX and Vapor Blunt tools are compatible. Please find out if we can purchase the water tool alone b/c at $70 I would pull the trigger

andyThank you for addressing the actual question, and clarifying where the water tool comes from, even on the VB side. I am hoping you guys, now that you've found a vendor that does carry the correct water tool, will offer it in the future for Pinnacle Pro buyers.
On a side note indefinite is a strong word, and I would like to clarify that you [Andy] stated that the water tool wouldn't be offered in the future with the Pinnacle Pro:
"Due to the trouble we had last time with it, we aren't going to offer the micro water tool moving forward."
There doesn't seem to be much room for interpretation in that statement.
