They leak. Ordered 2 and they both leak, got 2 replacements and so far one leaks straight out of the box. They all leak at the same spot where the cap is joining the bottle material . Could be a great product if it was executed properly and the manufacturer had some quality control.

UmpalumpaI have one 1.5L Vapur, three 1L, and a 750mL. The two oldest are 4+ years old and I've been using them nearly daily for those 4+ years. I have never had any of my Vapur bottles leak, and I'm not particularly gentle with them. I've been confident filling them up and tossing them in backpacks with clothes, electronics, notebooks... things I wouldn't want to get wet.
If you say you've had 3 bottles leak, I believe you. That hasn't been my experience. I wonder if it could just be bad luck on your part, or very good luck on my part. I've only had the 1.5L for about 4 months, so I guess time will tell.

SitwonReally wish it wasn't bad luck, really want these to be bombproof for me, but 3 out of 4 have leaked, if yours haven't leaked I believe you, but that's not my experience .

UmpalumpaI picked one up on sale at REI and put half a liter in to test it. Water came dripping out of the cap no matter how securely I screwed it in. Maybe mine is a dud, but maybe they were on sale for a reason.
